I have been advised that The Retreat at Canyon Ridge, LLC is not responsible for food allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions related to any food or drink consumed on the premises.I understand that all teaching and content presented are for educational and personal development purposes only and do not constitute counseling, therapy, or medical treatment.By checking this box, I affirm that I have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily release The Retreat at Canyon Ridge, LLC from any and all liability connected to my participation or presence on the property.
